We are looking for an experienced **Lead Front-End Developer**to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement features and products for the platform using Angular while ensuring smooth integration with backend systems
- Work alongside UI/UX designers and product managers to define requirements and transform complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Assess the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs before starting the development process
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code while following established development standards
- Keep up with advancements in technologies within the stack and contribute to their adoption and optimization
- Perform code reviews, offering detailed feedback, and mentor team members to foster professional growth

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development
- At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Strong knowledge of UI layouts and styling, with experience in CSS/SASS and libraries such as Bootstrap
- Extensive experience debugging using tools like Chrome Developer Console
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher, both written and spoken
