**About Push Operations**:
Push is an all-in-one people management platform built for restaurants, cannabis retail, and other shift-based industries. We’re on a mission to help businesses simplify their HR, payroll, and workforce management. Our design team plays a key role in building a bold, consistent, and recognizable visual brand that connects with our customers.

**The Role**:
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with our Manager of Graphic Design and collaborate with marketing, partnerships, product, and sales to bring our brand to life across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who has some experience in design but is still hungry to learn and grow with a creative, fast-moving team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Create branded templates using Canva, Abysalle, and Figma for internal teams
- Support product launches with visuals for new features, products, or integrations, webinars, one pagers, and case studies
- Help maintain brand consistency across all assets and campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to bring concepts to life
- Manage multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our brand sharp and relevant

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of professional experience in a graphic design role
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and Google Workspace
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Self-starter who can take initiative, manage timelines, and deliver quality work without heavy supervision
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Great communication and collaboration abilities in a remote-first team

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience with AI or design automation tools like Midjourney, Abyssale, ChatGPT, N8N, Zapier, Airtable, or Notion
- Video editing or motion design skills
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality, or cannabis-related industries

**Salary**:
$20,000 - $25,000 MXN per month
