Americas eCommerce Digital Navigator

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

The eCommerce Digital Navigator will be responsible for driving a customer centric self-service digital eCommerce experience that anticipates the needs of our customers.

May also provide online or live support to help customers navigate the digital experience and choose offers that meet their needs.

Typical responsibilities include managing chat inquiries, monitoring customer search and purchase progress, coordinating with sales and quoting teams, maintaining customer catalogs and updating offers to meet customer needs.

Also responsible for developing and delivering marketing training and professional development and execution to maximize overall marketing productivity and effectiveness.

**How you'll make your mark**:

- Support customers in choosing the right transactional offerings with the features, specifications, parts, support, and options that meet their needs with knowledge of their purchase history
- Coordinate with account relationship managers and technical hubs when customers have advanced technical questions or interest in offerings outside the catalog.
- Capture and relay customer feedback on critical transactional offerings missing from catalogs.
- Leveraging purchasing analysis and customer feedback, refine offering set to ensure most frequently purchased offerings are available via easy path.
- Manage and communicate core transactional offering changes to customers and sales teams
- Provide regular updates to sales on account buying performance, behavior and needs.
- Manage internal resolution of customer issues to maximize satisfaction. Regularly meet with top users of catalog and collect feedback on overall experience and opportunities to increase effectiveness.
- Drive migration of existing customer and adoption for targeted new customers of Hybris eCommerce catalogs. Promote value, support customer through setup, and ensure smooth holistic digital buying experience for each account.
- Drive eCommerce storefront and user setup, reinforcing the use of procurement marketplace integration approach as preferred path
- Monitor the performance health and stability of catalogs, reporting any issues promptly

**About you**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a business field such as eCommerce, International Business, Management Information Systems
- 5 years of experience in customer facing operations, support, or sales role(s)
- Proactive customer service orientation
- Advanced English
- Technical knowledge of eCommerce platforms, online payments, technology products
- Understanding of technology use cases to support produce recommendations
- Proven ability to team across multiple organizations to deliver outcomes
- Proficient communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Language skills relevant to geography covered
- Ability to assess processes and suggest improvement/simplification
- Comfortable sharing opinions in groups setting with mixed levels of experience
