We are looking for a high energy Marketing Director who will be in charge of leading marketing efforts for our clients. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for managing a superstar team, planning and developing winning marketing efforts for our clients.

We are a Veteran Owned Marketing Company from Texas, our average client stays with us for 5 years and we like to keep and take care of our employees forever

To be considered for this position, you will need to have proven experience in running a marketing team and marketing campaigns. You will also need a high level of competency in social media platforms and AI tools.

We will need at least 2 reference from previous employers to be considered for this position.

**Responsibilities**:
Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts for our clients.
Researching demand for our services and new opportunities.
Competitor research.
Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
Identifying potential customers.
Developing promotions.
Hiring talent
Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
Developing strategy to maximize social media channels using AI

Requirerments:
High Energy
Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
Proven marketing campaign experience.
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong copywriting skills.
Strong advertising skills.
Attention to detail.
Proven ability to oversee budgets.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Experience with paid and organic marketing via platforms such as:
Meta
Instagram
Youtube
Google ads/GMB/SEO

Competency in AI tools
Competency in High Level CRM platform
Competency in lead generation and funnels.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
