Ai Engineering Manager

We are seeking a results-oriented **AI Engineering Manager** to lead the development of innovative AI solutions and platforms.

This leadership position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to shape impactful AI initiatives and deliver transformative solutions using advanced AI technologies and cutting-edge engineering approaches.

**Responsibilities**
- Design a scalable AI platform with reusable components to streamline AI solution development
- Execute high-value product use cases with a focus on speed, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define the organization’s AI roadmap and long-term vision
- Develop infrastructure to seamlessly integrate both open
- and closed-source LLMs, including multimodal models
- Optimize and scale AI systems for enterprise-level performance, cost efficiency, and high availability
- Anticipate trends and advancements in AI, such as RAG pipelines, AI agents, multimodal systems, and prompt orchestration techniques
- Assess emerging AI technologies for potential improvements to platform functionality
- Provide strategic and technical leadership to foster innovation and top-tier performance across diverse teams

**Requirements**:

- 12+ years of coding experience with server-side languages like Python, GoLang, or PHP
- 5+ years of direct coding expertise in Python
- Proficiency in SQL, as well as in-memory storage and related data storage solutions
- Familiarity with Angular, React, or similar frontend frameworks
- Proven ability to build and deploy AI/ML systems for both structured and unstructured data
- Background in developing solutions with LLMs and generative AI technologies
- Knowledge of building AI pipelines and e-commerce taxonomies or schemas provides a distinct advantage
- Expertise in utilizing modern AI infrastructure, including vector databases, inference frameworks, and cloud-native ML solutions, along with capability to use orchestration tools
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams to realize strategic objectives and deliver tactical results
- Skills in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, API architecture, and implementing modern MLOps practices
