Dematic is hiring for a talented and successful Talent Acquisition Lead within our Global U.S. based Talent Acquisition organization to support recruiting for Mexico. We are looking for a strong and energetic talent advisor who can drive positive change for the business. This individual will have an ability to execute with little direction, problem solve to achieve goals and will help evolve, innovate and revolutionize recruiting to drive positive change for the organization while providing customer support and working with cross-functional teams.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**This Is What You Will Do in This Role**
- Work closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers as a true partner and advisor within Talent Acquisition - analyzing data, setting benchmarks, sourcing ROI, strategy, competitor analysis and more.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must have a high energy level, be pro-active and support oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests and set priorities accordingly.
- Experience in a high-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to self-manage and execute work with little direction.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ recruiting experience in a technical organization or space.
- Experience recruiting positions in installation, project management, customer service, sales and/or solution development preferred.
- Experience with e-recruitment systems; Workday preferred.
- External network of recruitment experts and resources.
