It takes the right team of people, working together on the right solutions for the customer. We are looking for a Web Application Designer who will be our key driver to make this happen.

**Responsibilities & duties**:

- Regulates exposure to business stakeholders and executive management as well as other authorities.
- Designs, writes, and edits website content.
- Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.
- Creates solutions for identified problems or bugs.
- Communicates with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders daily.
- Develops and validates test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface.
- Plans and delivers software platforms and products across multiple organizational units.
- Evaluates written code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all devices.
- Maintains a professional understanding of web development by tracking trends and participating in study groups.
- Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests.

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to write and edit technical documentation
- Knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO
- Understanding of UX/UI design
- WordPress and PHP development experience
- Thorough functional knowledge and coding experience
- Good visual sense
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics
- Ability to multitask with strict time constraints, budgets, and business goals

**Physical and emotional requirements for the job**:
This position is to be performed primarily remotely from an individual’s home office and involves sedentary work. The position will require traveling to client offices when necessary. Employees in this role can be expected to exert up to 10 pounds of force on occasion to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move standard electronic equipment. Employees are expected to make decisions in a timely manner and display emotional intelligence during occasional stressful situations.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $11,525.14 - $24,222.01 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Monterrey, N. L.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (preferred)
