Develop Strong Plan in order to Sustain Zero Registrable Accidents in Piedras Negras
- Develop Strong Plan to Succeed in all the ISO Certification 14001, 45001, 5001 & 9001
- Control of Inventory of Warehouse and Distribution Center.
- Manage the day-to-day activities necessary to Import & Export Materials & FG that meet the organization’s requirements and customer service standards.
- Manage SAP & Other Systems for the appropriate performance of the KPI Defined by the Organization.
- Support the analysis of sales performance, SIOP Accuracy and OTIF Improvement.
- Communicate with Supply Chain team & Inside Sales to resolve challenges in terms of on time delivery, service, or quality of supplies.
- Identify Opportunities in the planning process in order to work as a team with Sales and Customers, stablishing strong guide lines and action plans to reach the organization’s standards of Safety, Quality, Service, Timing, and Reliability of Overall Supply Chain Performance.
- Attend organized Customer Audits in coordination with Quality, measure Service Performance regularly and implement Improvement Plans in order to reach the excellence in service.
- Collect Planning related data and provide Management with operational reporting.
- Managing of Warehouse Team and Coordinate Shipping Activities (FG).
