- Supervisar y hacer cumplir las políticas de la empresa y las normas de seguridad para garantizar la integridad de todos los empleados dentro de almacén.
- Gestionar el inventario, lo que incluye mantener registros precisos, realizar recuentos cíclicos y resolver cualquier discrepancia.
- Planificar y asignar eficazmente los recursos para satisfacer las necesidades operativas diarias, maximizando la productividad y minimizando los tiempos de inactividad.
- Formar, orientar y proporcionar información periódica al personal de almacén con el fin de cultivar sus habilidades y experiência, permitiéndoles llevar a cabo sus tareas con la máxima eficacia.
- Supervisar y gestionar las operaciones diarias del almacén, incluidas la recepción, el almacenamiento y el envío de productos o materiales, garantizando al mismo tiempo una coordinación eficaz entre el personal.

Calificaciones:

- Experiência de 0 - 5 años.
- Capacidad de liderazgo con excelentes aptitudes interpersonales y de comunicación para supervisar y motivar eficazmente al personal.
- Manejo de MRP para el seguimiento y la gestión de inventarios.
- Mentalidad analítica con capacidad para analizar datos e identificar tendencias para impulsar la mejora continua.
- Excelente capacidad de organización y multitarea para gestionar múltiples responsabilidades simultáneamente.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno rápido y dinámico, adaptándose a prioridades y exigencias cambiantes.
- Inglés intermedio.
