Konstant Kreative, a pioneering global creative agency, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic 3D Rendering Specialist Junior to enhance our dynamic team. This remote position focuses on creating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for a variety of projects, working closely with our senior designers and project teams.

**About the Role**:
As a 3D Rendering Specialist Junior, you will assist in developing detailed 3D models and renderings from conceptual sketches and ideas. Your main responsibilities include creating realistic 3D visualizations, collaborating with design teams to understand project requirements, and ensuring that all renderings meet our high-quality standards. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest 3D rendering software and techniques.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in 3D modeling and rendering, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, Blender, or similar.
- Experience with texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques to create photorealistic outputs.
- Familiarity with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong skills in creating detailed 3D models from architectural plans, sketches, or real-world references.
- Ability to translate concept art and sketches into dynamic 3D models and environments.
- Experience in optimizing and preparing 3D models for virtual or augmented reality platforms.
- Capable of effectively collaborating with design teams to understand and implement project requirements in 3D visuals.
- Proficient in post-production processes, including compositing and color correction, to enhance final renderings.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of 3D design work, demonstrating attention to detail and artistic skills.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.
