**Experienced Enterprise Business Systems professional. Oversees work associated with digital business analysis.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**As a Testing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for**:

- ** Supervise the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of various ERP business systems and databases.**:

- ** Work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and propose Digital solutions.**:

- ** Provide supervision around configurating, developing, testing, and deploying new and existing systems for optimal use.**:

- ** Supervise trainings on systems for relevant end users.**:

- ** Supervise sales force effectiveness digital initiatives across the organization.**:
**Requirements**:
**We are looking for people who are driven, organized, and with strong stakeholder management. If this is you, get in touch**:
**As a minimum you must have**:

- ** Advanced English level (written & spoken).**:

- ** University Degree or equivalent.**:

- ** A minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience OR a postgraduate degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.**:

- ** Previous relevant experience in Test Management Softwares (i.e. Xray, JIRA).**:
**Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have**:

- ** Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems to make enhancements within job area.**:

- ** Experience participating in global projects.**:

- ** Test automation experience.**:

- ** Project Management OR Agile certification.**:
