- Responsible for Reward and Recognition policies for Mexico. In order to assure a strong EVP and External competitiveness.
- Collaborates with Finance, CoEs and partners to create and maintain healthy salary structures, as well as other Compensation tools.
- Responsible for the Data and Insights related to Compensation and Rewards.
- To drive Benchmarking projects, Compensation Survey, Organizational changes, and communication.

The Senior Manager Compensation and Benefits role is a critical part of this team in Mexico. This role interacts with PPC peers as well as employees at all levels throughout the business. It combines benefits strategy and benefits administration in a way that meaningfully contributes to the overall experience of over 5,000 LEGO Group colleagues.

- Proven experience in the HR, Rewards area.
- Proven Project Management skills.
- Mercer Compensation Certification.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation analysis and benchmarking tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Experience with Mexican Payroll and Labour requirements.
