- 1 - 2 years experience in a warehouse setting
- Shipping and receiving experience
- General industry knowledge of IT
- Ability to work in a team
- Some IT knowledge/ experience

**Your Tasks**:

- Identification of IT equipment (desktops, notebooks, tablets, AIO) in the internal IT
TOOL/HIS database; selection of equipment for repair according to SLA and FIFO
- Fault detection using tools / programs and based on customer description
Classification of equipment for warranty and post-warranty repairs
- Repair of devices according to previous diagnosis - replacement of components and/or
software installation
- Conducting stress tests after the repair performed to detect possible errors
- Initial cleaning of equipment and preparation for return shipment
- Planning repairs in accordance with the designated standard
- Removal of any defects caused after repair and detected by the final quality control
- Complete service, maintenance and repairs on Servers, Storage and Networking
equipment of different manufacturers independently as well as other IT equipment
- Solve hardware defects and network issues in a timely manner while balancing customer
satisfaction and delivery
- Monitor ticket queue and deal with any incoming tickets within required SLA as well as
update approach and solutions in the ticketing system
- Ensure both Warehouse and FTE sites are fully stocked with required equipment
Keep stock sheet up to date for auditing and billing purposes
- Refurbish returned devices within the outlined requirements
- Handling/shipping Hardware from warehouse; Inventory check
- Handling requests for Hardware on behalf of customers
- Benefit from holding an HP certificate on HW repairs, Lexmark Certificate on printer repairs
