The Engineering Coordinator heads a team of designers and engineers in Electrification Distribution Solutions business area, guiding and coaching them, and developing their skills and knowledge. In this role, you will oversee engineering projects, delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely engineering solutions to customers, in line with the contract, safety and quality requirements.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Team Management, (5 to 10 designers/engineers).
- Support to provide Standard solutions.
- Planning and control, work plan and workload.
- Assist customer on questions/comments regarding his product/service.
- Coaches’ new designers/engineers.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical (desirable), Electro-Mechanical, Control or Automation, Mechanical Electrician or Mechatronic Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in electrical design of Switchgears, MCCs or Protection and Control Boards.
- At least 2 years of experience as leadership.
- Knowledge of Electrical Design software as E-Plan or similar.
- Proficient with SAP or similar ERP System.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
- Availability to travel
- Advanced English level.
