**Descripción**:
En Totum Talent buscamos talento como Marketing Data Analyst para Consultoria de Recursos Humanos ubicada en San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.
**Requisitos**:
- Colaborar con el equipo comercial y dirección para diseñar y ejecutar planes estratégicos de marketing que promuevan los servicios de consultoría y headhunting y logren aumentar nuestra visibilidad en el mercado.
- Creación y desarrollo de contenido para la página, redes sociales, etc. El contenido debe abordar temas relacionados con consultoría y headhunting demostrando nuestra experiência y alcances en el área de RH. (post, blogs, artículos, etc.).
- Implementar estrategias para la generación de leads y trabajar en colaboración con el equipo de ventas para convertir leads en clientes.
- Medir y analizar el rendimiento de las campañas y actividades de marketing para identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades para optimizar la estrategia. Seguimiento a los KPI’s para la Web y campañas publicitarias (Google analytics y analíticas de redes sociales)
- Desarrollo de estrategias para posicionamiento de marca, revisión de palabras clave para posicionarnos en la web.
- Análisis de tendencias del mercado digital
- Crear la nueva identidad de Totum Talent (branding)
- Apoyo en diseño al departamento de Recursos Humanos para temas de imagen.
- Creación de webinars para posicionamiento de marca.
- Atención y canalización de leads de acuerdo a las necesidades detectadas y registro en CRM.
