- Responsible for Rotational Molding Production Department assigned shift and the leadership necessary to achieve quality and cost standards and meet targeted results through effective team management of a quality workforce.
- Assists Roto Supervisor in identifying and implementing action plans to maximize rotational molding processes, operator effectiveness and plant productivity.
- Responsible for process design, operation, and implementation
- Assess processes, take measurements, interpret data and train.
- Assist in building production process.
- Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished
- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes and recording time study versus estimates.
