**The team for you to join**

You will be part of Mexico's general accounting team, made up of 3 more colleagues.

**What would your role look like?**
- Follow up the charge
- Prepare and send portfolio reports
- Provide information for payment complements
- Enter invoices for review on customer portals
- Cerere activities
- Provide information for annual reporting
- Unpaid VAT tie
- Order release prior to customer credit status review
- Attention to audits (credit area)
- SAP invoicing tie vs electronic invoicing vs invoices sent to revision
- Visits and negotiations with clients

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience of 3-5 years at supervisory level in the area of accounts receivable
- Preferred position in transnational companies.
- Management of intermediate-advanced Excel.
- Management of SAP, accounts receivable module.
- Updated in electronic invoicing management (SAT).
- Basic knowledge in general accounting, taxes and financial factoring.
- Advanced English.
