**Job Description Summary**: Responsible of administrating and leading the Business Units, the Maintenance functions on production

and the group of Manufacturing Engineers and Validation Engineers, ensuring procedure and regulations

compliance, and taking them to continuous improvement. Providing leadership to supervisors and leaders

in support of the plant goals and vision. Creating an approach to the flexibility on the operation that allows

rapidly adapting and responding to the changes in the client requirements and global market conditions.

Responsible for the personal under their charge development, maintaining a succession plan to key

positions and government regulations and intern procedures compliance.

Responsible of improving continuously the business process, creating and leading a strategic plan to
comply with the state of the process in the future.
Ensures that all the personal under their responsibility follow politics and procedures, security rules and
company GMP.
Endows key personal to ensure that the goals and metrics are reached.
Identifies problems and offers solutions to Plant Management.
Supervises that the resources are optimized, providing leadership for the product quality, customer service
and cost continuous improvement.
Ensures that all activities inside the business units, warehouse and maintenance are opportunely finished.
Responsible for maintaining an organization in compliance with Quality System Regulation and applicable
Standards.
Responsible of aligning the areas under their responsibility with the plant strategic objectives and the 3
- year plan.
Ensures the Corrective/Preventive actions administrated compliance through the Quality system as
events, CAPAs, MRRs, rework procedures and internal and external audit actions.
Responsible for ensuring the support to other departments on new products or process introduction
activities, new technologies, new materials, or continuous improvement changes.
Responsible for attending the meetings of Tier ƖII.

Finished Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree preferably
At least 10-year experience in management or operation leadership positions preferably.
At least 10-year experience in medical products manufacturing preferably,
CQE certifications.
Wide knowledge in computer use (Power Point, Excel).
