Team Introduction
The Revenue BP and Credit Control team is responsible for the revenue contract review of the company's overall business lines.
Job Overview
**Responsibilities**:
**1) Contract Review and Financial Clause Analysis**:
- Thoroughly review customer contracts, identifying and analyzing financial clauses related to billing and invoicing.
- Collaborate with legal and sales teams to ensure billing terms align with contractual agreements.
**2) Rebates Calculation**:
- Accurately calculate and process rebates according to established guidelines and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to validate and verify rebate calculations.
**3) Resolution of Unbilled Invoices and Statements**:
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to unbilled invoices and statements.
- Work closely with internal teams to address billing gaps and ensure completeness of invoices.
- Execute rebilling processes when necessary, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer agreements.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to rectify billing discrepancies.
**4) Customer Portal Management**:
- Upload invoices to customer portals accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure seamless communication with customers regarding invoice availability and access.
**5) Invoice Reconciliation**:
- Perform regular reconciliation of invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with contractual terms.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Execute timely campaign and invoice reconciliation to tier 1 customers.
**6) Communication and Collaboration**:
- Maintain effective and open lines of communication with Sales and Sales Operations teams, fostering strong working relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the accounts receivable function.
- Participate in regular meetings to provide updates, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the finance department.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in billing analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with financial clauses and contract review.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
