El objetivo de la posición es dar soporte a las necesidades del negocio siendo un aliado entre las áreas y los centros de expertise de RH en la planta de Atizapán y CEDIS.

Dentro de tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

- Comunicación interna
- Proceso de reclutamiento para posiciones
- OnBoarding
- Reporte mensual aprobatorio
- Gestión de cursos de inducción para personal de planta y personal administrativo
- Relación con agencias de comunicación
- Reportar al área de nómina los movimientos de personal tales como altas, bajas, cambios salariales y organizacionales
- Ser el primer punto de contacto de los empleados respecto a dudas sobre los procesos de RH, Nómina
- Organización de eventos internos
- Administración de personal

Requerimientos:

- Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración o afín.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado
- Excel intermedio
- Entrevistas por competencias
