**NPI Specialist (New Product Introduction)**

Are you passionate about launching new products? Join our team

We are looking for a technical, organized, and proactive professional to lead and coordinate the introduction of new products in collaboration with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing teams.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the launch of new products from design phase to production.
- Manage BOMs, routings, and technical documentation.
- Work with suppliers on material validation.
- Ensure compliance with timelines, costs, and product quality.
- Participate in meetings with engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronics, or related preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in NPI processes or product development.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical documentation.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Technical English (reading comprehension).
- 100% on-site position.
