IS Project Management Office Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Each day, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the IS Area in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for: - Plans, schedules, coordinates, and delivers the IS project outcomes to time, scope, cost and agreed quality. Defines, with key stakeholders, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation. - Monitors and controls project cost and financials. Identifies, contains and reduces risk, and ensures that all opportunities are captured and acted upon. - Business value realization through successful project delivery and implementation Stakeholders satisfaction with the project outcomes. - Keeps up to date and informed about any change in strategy, and is consulted regarding any incident or other project which has, or might have, a major impact on the Project. - Serves as the key contact for the project stakeholders, and an escalation point for project issues. - Define project governance: Steco, opco, reference team ensures projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures. - Leads the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar or PMP Certification
- 5+ years experience in project management, ideally in Information Systems.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with strong customer service mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management skills and flexibility necessary to handle periodic bursts of increased workload.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a multi-cultural global environment.
- Sense of ownership for the assigned project.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, data analysis for requirements of the project work & deliverables.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Hybrid mode.
- Availability to travel to US and Canada.
