Operation Readiness
New Personnel Training through VIZENDO
IT Letters of Flexibility
Productivity Administration
Production Reports
Troubleshooting, Comply and Enforce Safety Regulations
Incident and Accident Reports
Ensure Compliance with Standard Work, Quality Requirements and its Standards
Administration of the Staggered Audit Program
**Daily Activities**:
Opening Shift Meeting with the Work Teams
Capture Personnel Assistance in Kronos
Review Production Program
In Case of Absences, support the Lets in the accommodation of personnel
Attend Safety and Environmental Tours,
Attend Meetings (AMEF, Fast Response, OSTS, etc.)
BPD Update
Carry out the Audit Staggered
Make sure that your People carry out the LAB, SPM, update the BPD,
Support your LETs in Solving Problems,
Carry out annual Mandatory courses
Be attentive to the PTPMC
Share report of Important Issues with your counterpart,
Close the Day with the daily Production Report and send it to management
