**The Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist**

As our **Accounts Receivable Specialist**, you’ll be the driving force behind the financial pulse of our business. Your mission? To make sure our revenue flows smoothly, our clients are billed with precision, and our ledgers shine with accuracy. You'll collaborate across departments and borders, working with diverse teams and international clients, making an impact every single day.

**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Craft and deliver accurate invoices, statements, and account summaries like a maestro
- Pull together documentation from various systems to support every invoice with confidence
- Track, monitor, and record all incoming customer payments
- Maintain clean, compliant records, including customer tax info and certifications
- Support audits, tackle special projects, and jump in on ad hoc tasks as needed
- Be ready for the occasional on-call duty

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ years of experience in AR or a similar financial role
- Experience with **NetSuite and Salesforce** is preferred
- Avalara is a big bonus
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel
- A keen eye for **detail and accuracy**:

- Strong communication skills in writing and speech
