El reclutador (a) tiene como principal responsabilidad atraer y seleccionar personal productivo y de materiales en el tiempo requerido, alineándose siempre a personas orientadas a la contribución.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Responsable del proceso de reclutamiento de personal de nível operativo y materiales.
- Relación y manejo de agencias de reclutamiento
- Reclutamiento de campo
- Manejo básico de redes sociales / comunicación interna
- Coordinación de ferias de empleo

**Experiência que Traerá**:
**Requerimientos**:

- Experiência como reclutador(a) de personal operativo y almacenistas / materialistas
- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos o afín
- Manejo de Excel a nível intermedio
- Conocimiento de ERP de Recursos Humanos
- Comunicación clara, fluida y efectiva
- Deseable dominio de inglés
