3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- 3+ years of experience working with technical communities
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) within technical and business settings.
- Bachelor’s degree

Are you a detail-oriented community manager who enjoys building lasting relationships with technical communities? The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Developer Experience Team is seeking an experienced, committed, and innovative community manager to own and build developer communities in Latin America, while also building lasting relationships with AWS community leaders and advocates.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and program manage LATAM Community advocacy strategy to engage with passionate developers and builders who seek to acquire Cloud and AWS skills.
- Scale existing community awareness programs in LATAM (AWS User Groups, AWS Community Day events, and more), as well as innovating net-new community initiatives relevant to the region.
- Report on metrics and discuss progress of the community initiatives with leadership, evolving strategy as needed to align to shifting community needs.
