_Private English Tutor for Executives Online Only - Teacher must be able to teach early mornings, possibly 6am - 9am. _

ABOUT OUR COMPANY:
Fluency Corp is a privately-owned group of talented instructors that want to take English-language teaching/executive language coaching (building fluency, polishing, improving communication) to a new level.

We not only teach our students English through relevant, interesting conversation (as we all learned our first language), but we motivate them to keep learning by communicating with others in the community, and trying new ways to learn that truly boost fluency like TV and making friends. We also give highly customized lessons based on client's job and interests.

What we are looking for: energetic, passionate instructors that can engage professionals in meaningful, relevant conversation to build fluency and help them assimilate (IF APPLICABLE).

You must:

- have 5+ years teaching SPECIFICALLY English to adults as private clients or small groups at a company, professional lessons
- ability to assess your client's needs/goals during first week of lessons, and decide on a plan of action
- be able to fill out a goals form and quarterly progress reports
- be always on time (preferably early)
- be able to assess the student and find out what is most important and relevant for the lessons

All materials and books provided that you need for the client, but you choose what is relevant for the client. We have a suggestion list as well.

JOB DETAILS:

- **Clients : 5 individuals from Russia ( each student receives private one on one tutoring each week, 1 hour per student - possibility of long term with 20 students if this is successful)**:

- **Needs**: increased fluency overall with an emphasis on vocabulary in their field, all customized based on client's need
- **Schedule : 1 hour per week per student**:

- **Location : ONLINE ONLINE**:

- **CONTRACT LENGTH **: 2 MONTHS to start, and then the client will sign up for 1 year if they are happy, with possibility of 5 - 20 students

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
