**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Responsible of kaizen & knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process
- Adherence on HSE Procedures and support initiatives. Responsible of the development (Technical and Behaviors )of ME Team based on MRR Procedure aligned with HR and training guidelines
- Responsible for Manufacture Process Documentation Controls such as PFMEA, WSI, etc
- Manage Plant capacity process by product line and manufacturing line based on monthly SIOP process, and drive improvement as needed
- Support NPI launches to Achieve PPAP on time. Support on Assets management.

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing Process / and complementary skills (Maintenance / Quality). Project Management to lead cross-functional teams in WW AME Initiatives
- Knowledge of Pokayoke, tooling fabrication and design for machinery assembly or inspection type of tools / fixtures. Previous experience in Metal Mechanic or Automotive Manufacture Process or similar role
- Bilingual in English
