**Training Coordinator**:**

As a Training Coordinator, you will be establishing and maintaining a continuous improvement culture in ABB, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology, and creating transparency to monitor progress. In this role you will typically be implement, develop, and coordinate the training and succession plans for hourly employees. Generate programs for the promotion of organizational culture and/or mastering multiple projects.

Quality Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Executing continuous improvement and strategy deployment and working with other leaders to standardize processes and develop best practices in relation to the promotion systems.
- Working in cross-functional teams to execute the strategy and escalate as necessary to remove roadblocks.
- Identifying key team members in each function to support projects within the location and encourage key individuals to develop their skills.
Understanding the organization’s vision, objectives and needs, and suggesting projects, actions, and tools to achieve them.
- Providing organization-wide visibility of the current portfolio of continuous improvement efforts and tracking progress and value from these efforts.
- Providing training and coaching to people and teams so that they are better equipped to drive their improvement efforts for themselves and driving standardization and consistency.
- Driving transformational projects with a hands-on and problem-solving approach.

**Your background**:

- +3 years of experience in similar positions
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Administration
- Knowledge and experience in Training and Development, skills matrix management
- Knowledge of ISO, auditing, documentation management for skills development
- Knowledge of quality standards, training, and development
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Advanced English Level
