We are looking for a dedicated AOI Quality Engineer to join our quality team. In this position, you will be responsible for maximizing defect detection with vision systems.

**What will you be doing in this position?**
- Manage AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) tool
- Develop AOI (recipe and techniques, has work experience in SPC, and 7QC tools)
- Generate yield loss report for detection in the automated optical tools
- Coordinate with Process Engineering team for real time feedback of defect rate
- Analyze SPC charts for bump characteristics
- Production line support for AOI and Metrology related issues
- Manage calibration and maintenance of AOI
- The Employee may be assigned with other duties deemed appropriate by the Company.

**Requirements**:

- Finished engineering degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in vision systems in electronic manufacturing companies.
- Knowledge and experience in electronic board assembly processes, including mechanical assembly.
- Basic knowledge of quality tools for manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge in artificial intelligence architectures, image processing, and defect identification algorithms.
- Inclination to learn new technologies.
- Desirable knowledge of programming in Python.
- Good level of understanding and conversation in English. Desirable B2 or higher.
- Self motivated, very good communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Desirable basic knowledge in projects.
