**Job Objective**:
To supervise and coordinate production operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery goals. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage product transfers, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise production personnel in the assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Coordinate labor and material resources to meet daily production plans.
- Lead and support product transfer projects, working closely with engineering, quality, and logistics teams.
- Implement and promote the use of continuous improvement tools, such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
- Ensure performance indicators (KPIs) are met, and take action on variances.
- Train and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
- Generate production reports and executive presentations as needed.
- Collaborate with departments like quality, maintenance, and engineering to ensure operational continuity.

Experiência y requisitos

**Requirements**:
**- Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or related field.

**- Experience**: Minimum 5 years as a production supervisor in a maquiladora environment (preferably automotive, medical, or electronics industry).

**- Language: Advanced English** (must be able to communicate with international teams and document effectively in English).

**- Technical Knowledge**:

- Manufacturing processes
- **Product transfers** (NPI, validations, line startups)
- Continuous improvement tools (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma)
- Data analysis and KPI interpretation
- ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- **Skills**:

- Leadership and decision-making
- Effective communication
- Results-oriented
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
