- Primary Activities:
Provide support in daily activities in the department of direct and indirect purchases

Sending PO's

Confirmations

Order tracking

Collaborate with reports for the area of direct and indirect sourcing

Review and consolidation of invoices for AP payment process

Collection of documents and drawings for quotes

Weekly and / or monthly reports.

Internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to interact and network with global business leaders.

**Requirements**:
Studying at least seventh semester of Administration, Industrial Engineering or International Business.

English 80%

MS Office Organized
