**We will count on you to**:
- Configure, design, ensure functionality, and provide end-user support for the platform.
- Gain and leverage a solid understanding of the business needs and processes.
- Work with other administrators to configure and maintain best-practice architecture, custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, Lightning flows, approval processes, installed packages within Salesforce.
- Recommend best practices and follow procedures regarding system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity.
- Manage delivery of technical projects and migration of data into and out of Salesforce.
- Work closely with non-technical business stakeholders, project managers, developers and tech teams in the design, configuration and build of Salesforce related functionality.
- Mitigate risks associated with solutions which have high technical complexity.
- Work as a technical leader and mentor with junior members of the Salesforce administration team.
- Manage the flow and assign incoming administration tasks to the rest of the administration team.
- Manage Salesforce deployments.
- Lead support stand-ups with the Salesforce case support team.
- Review quarterly Salesforce releases and make recommendations for changes based on the releases.
**What you need to have**:
- 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience in design/ implementation of automation solutions.
- Proficiency with custom objects, validation rules, formulas, workflows, process builders, Lightning flows, approval processes and the Salesforce security model.
- Experience with regular day-to-day deployments, both large
- and small-scale.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps using tools like Flosum, Copado, GearSet, etc.
- Familiarity with SSO and other integration authentication.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
**What makes you stand out**:
- Additional Salesforce Certifications - Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and the Consultant certifications.
- Insurance or Financial Industry experience.
- Experience managing data, executing queries, creating reports and handling data migrations.
- An inquisitive mind that is not afraid to question current ways of thinking.
- An ability to devise creative solutions to business problems.
- Knowledge of Apex, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and other development concepts.
