**About the Role**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Aggregate and harmonize data from operational systems, dashboards, and stakeholder inputs.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders and program stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning and optimize program outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of automated data pipelines and analytical workflows to improve efficiency and accelerate insights.
- Prepare actuarial analyses of rates and rating plans, including formal recommendations and regulatory filings.
- Perform calculations for IBNR loss reserves and support special actuarial projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Actuarial Assistant.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (with at least a minor in Mathematics).
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, quantitative reasoning, and data storytelling.
- Proficiency in statistical and mathematical modeling.
- Experience with data cleaning, validation, and workflow optimization.

Technical proficiency in:

- **SQL** (Intermediate)
- **Snowflake** (Intermediate)
- **Excel** (Intermediate)
- **SAS** (Intermediate)
- **Python** (Intermediate)
- **Power BI** (Intermediate)
