**About this role**

This position is for an established professional in Industrial Engineering, who works autonomously with limited supervision, supports senior engineers in a range of activities associated with defining and evaluating problems, recommending solutions, and expediting production or logistics operations and processes to ensure quality control and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure labor efficiency above 95%.
- Meet established operational balancing targets.
- Develop standard work procedures for all workstations.
- Experience in production line balancing and efficiency.
- Knowledge of process mapping and standard work development.
- Ability to determine the labor content of each unit.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Six Sigma certification or Lean Maintenance training.

- Ability to act quickly.
