**IT RECRUITER**

We're looking for an IT Recruiter with excellent English language skills and solid experience, ideally in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment, to help us expand and support our fast-growing team.

If you love people, have experience as a recruiter, enjoy sourcing and hiring consultants and developers, and are a great communicator, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Qualifications we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience as an IT recruiter.
- End-to-end responsibility for IT recruitment process
- English level: Intermediate/Advanced
- Experience working with engineering teams and hiring for technical roles, including but not limited to Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and more.
- Passion and understanding of technology and tech companies.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Able to work as a team and maintain open communication.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

- Recruit top IT talent and match their career goals with our clients’ hiring needs.
- Write and post technical job descriptions.

Other Qualifications
- Self-motivated and aggressive with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow through on commitments.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills needed.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills needed for working with a variety of people throughout the Company.
- Sourcing activities in different job boards.
- Excellent positive attitude.
- A creative mindset to generate new ideas to achieve the goal even with the IT market challenges.
- Team player.
