**Position**:
Pricing Specialist

Are you good with data and able to negotiate? Arrow Electronics is looking for a Pricing Specialists who are the liaison/interface between Arrow's sales team and suppliers from our Guadalajara Office. You will be responsible for developing, growing and leveraging supplier relationships to negotiate product pricing and availability and increase sales.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Work on large and complex customer quotes for customers which will require interfacing with multiple departments within Arrow and our franchised suppliers
- Verification of customer contract pricing
- Analyze and determine best quoting strategy based on opportunity and customer requirements
- Accurately complete quotes and communicate the quote strategy set by the Inside Sales
- Develop strategy nuances with sales team for specific accounts to enhance win rate
- Able to review and assist with debit strategy and maintenance
- Verify and prepare quote for return to customer and report to inside sales any discrepancies, errors and omissions
- Responsible for Arrow mainframe system maintenance
- Establish returns, quotes, delivery, pricing and special restrictions
- Monitor and measure supplier performance and quote exception activity
- Identifies manufacturing problems to resolve delivery response issues
- Review and response to requests for price quotation from the Arrow sales team on market price items
- Closely work with management, outside and inside sales to strategize on opportunities
- Other duties as assigned

**What You'll Need**
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or High School degree with 3-5 years of related experience
- Ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities
- Attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Negotiation skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel experience including Vlookup and Pivot Tables
- Ability to analyze data
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and present information
