Interstaff LLC is a global staffing company searching for a **qualified Sales Representative** to work for one of our third-party clients, **Diamond Student Information System**.
**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Representative for Diamond Student Information System, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders in the education sector. You will use a combination of warm and cold outreach techniques to identify potential clients, showcase the benefits of our software solutions, and guide them through the entire sales process. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, expand our customer base, and deliver exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine their potential as clients.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our student information system software.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to address their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and a positive customer experience.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements with potential clients.
- Take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, conduct regular check-ins with clients, and provide post-sales support as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the education technology industry.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and strategies to identify areas of differentiation.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education technology or software industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and turn it into motivation.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a high volume of leads and opportunities.
- Understanding of the education sector and familiarity with student information systems or related software is a plus.
**Work From Home Requirements**:
- Quiet home office work environment
- Willing to work in US PST time zone
- Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet back-up available
- Dependable electricity with power back-up available
- At least 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD Disc.
- Must be bilingual (English required, B2 minimum)
Pay: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
