Program Manager

Position Summary:
Will provide hands-on leadership for transfer and developing new products for all areas of ITT leading a multidisciplinary team.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Leads a team to transfer and/or launch new products to be manufactured at ITT Nogales
- Participate in new product development with DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) with inputs from issues or lessons learn from manufacturing process.
- Develops manufacturing plans for new products
- Creates PAR (Capital Approval), leads its approval and keeps record of expenses for transfer projects
- Follows and ensures APQP process is used for the launch of any product/process
- Generates status reports, presentation for Sr. Management
- Evaluates and escalates risk as necessary to drive project closure on time
- Assist Project Managers developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and detailed project schedules
- Tracks projects using Microsoft Project
- Develops views and charts using Excel
- Prepares reports, edits presentations, and performs data entry to track production work
- Assists Project Managers in developing budgets and tracking expenses.
- Tracks time keeping records and prepares reports
- Provides administrative support to Project Managers and Engineering Staff
- Other administrative as assigned
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Strong attention to details and follow-up skills.
- Strong bi-lingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with mínimal oversight and direction in a fast-paced environment
- Must have knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment, at a level generally acquired through 3 or more years related experience
- Must have knowledge and experience with of a variety of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office Products such as MS Project Version 13 or higher, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Must have willingness to learn new skills as needed to perform duties.
Position Requirements:
**EDUCATION**:BS degree in Engineering, manufacturing, industrial or similar
**EXPERIENCE**: Transfers, new product introduction or similar discipline with 5+ years.
