Se encargará de apoyar y dar soporte al equipo especialmente en la baja de personal, formará parte del proceso de creación de actas administrativas, aplicación de actas, solicitar y organizar los documentos necesarios para poder concluir el proceso de baja del empleado.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración o afines
- Conocimiento en LFT y LSS
- Capacidad de organización
- Atención al detalle
- Orientación de servicio al cliente
- Manejo de paquetería office, servidores de correo y otro software

**Habilidades**:

- Conocimiento básico de la ley federal del trabajo
- Un año de experiência en Recursos Humanos
- Trabajo en equipo
- Manejo y registro de incidencias
- Software de office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Eficacia en la comunicación escrita y oral.

**Actividades**:

- Redacción de documentos de actas administrativas.
- Solicitud de documentos.
- Seguimiento con colaboradores para el envío de la documentación necesaria para terminar el proceso del colaborador.
- Solicitud de guía de recolección de documentos.
- Gestión de bases de datos.
- Coordinación de reuniones.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Sueldo: $13,500.00 al mes
