We are seeking a skilled Assistant Community Manager with expertise in CINC software to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, with a focus on managing work orders, calendars, reservations, violations, architectural change requests, and more. If you have experience working with CINC software, we want to hear from you
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Manage work orders, calendars, reservations, violations, and architectural change requests using CINC software.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notices and agendas.
- Address homeowner inquiries that cannot be resolved by our Client Services team, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and manage online voting processes for community decisions.
- Populate content on homeowner portals and ensure it is up to date.
- Upload and organize content on HomewiseDocs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve and streamline administrative processes.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team and community
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in CINC software is required.
- Prior experience in HOA community management or property management required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with homeowner association operations is preferred.
- Ability to work full time 40 hours a week following US Timezone

**Salary**: $20,000.00 per month
