Backend Senior con capacidad operativa y liderazgo. Diseña y mantiene microservicios, guía al equipo, y asegura código de alta calidad, rendimiento y despliegue eficiente.

Responsabilidades clave
- Desarrollar y mantener microservicios en
- y Python.
- Liderar técnicamente el equipo: revisión de código, mentoring y estándares.
- Diseñar APIs seguras, documentadas y fácilmente integrables.
- Docker y pipelines CI/CD; despliegue y monitoreo.
- Definir arquitectura y decisiones tecnológicas de microservicios.
- Optimizar rendimiento, observabilidad y pruebas automatizadas.
- Colaborar con frontend, DevOps y producto; gestionar incidentes.

**Requisitos**
- Experiência como Backend Senior o Lead.
- Dominio
- y Python.
- Microservicios y arquitectura distribuida.
- Docker; Kubernetes valorado.
- Git, pruebas/CI/CD.
- Liderazgo, toma de decisiones técnicas y buenas comunicaciones.
- Inglés técnico.
