Join our team The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative support for the end-to-end recruiting process. Individual will be responsible for all new hire processes and ensure on-boarding success.
This is a hybrid 6-month temporary assignment, that will require you to be in office 2 days per week.
**About the Role**
In this opportunity as a **Talent Acquisition Coordinator**,** you will:
- Provide administrative support to high volume corporate recruiters on the end-to-end recruiting process.
- Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Conduct applicant tracking system audit and make appropriate corrections in HRIS or applicant tracking system as appropriate.
- Handle all new hire processes including offer letter generation/delivery, payroll setup, etc. and maintain proper handoffs of the new hire process to the HRBP to ensure positive on-boarding experience.
- Coordinate all internal and external job postings.
- Assist with the recruiting report preparation.
- 6 months assignment
**About You**
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree desired.
- Must be highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be highly proficient with automated applicant tracking systems, working knowledge of Workday preferred.
- Must be quality-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize them appropriately.
- Knowledge of the Recruiting life cycle is highly desired.
- Must be a detail
- and customer-oriented team player with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
