**Recruiter**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop relationships with local staffing agencies, career centers, and industry groups to expand recruitment opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct interviews in person or via video/phone as required.
- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Track recruiting metrics, such as the number of interviews conducted, offers extended, and time-to-fill for open positions.
- Provide feedback to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Handle job offers, background checks, and other pre-employment activities as necessary.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to attend evening or weekend events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on field or in-person recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law.
