Job Requirements

Summary and Scope
We are looking for a high skilled Security lead with a deep expertise within Oracle Cloud HCM. This position will also be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of security functionality within the Oracle HCM Application.
functional background in Human Capital Management. You will be responsible for providing support of configurations, interfaces, and processes of Oracle HCM Cloud. You will excel in problem solving, customer service, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical issues. The focus of this position is to provide technical service and functional knowledge to ultimately drive customer success.
This is a full-time position that can sit anywhere in the United States, London (UK), Crawley (UK), Monterrey (Mexico) with the ability to travel when safe.


**Responsibilities**:
Good understanding of Fusion Security Users/Roles Architecture in Security Console
Excellent analytical skills with a proven approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
Design and implement creative solutions to address complex security requirements.
Develop custom Security profiles and SQL necessary to support the global security requirements.
In-depth experience with multi org, multi-country, and federated HR functions.
Extensive knowledge of Security configuration using Security profiles and Role Customizations.
Implement Reporting Security to align with Application security.
Create and maintain security configuration documents and Gap analysis documents.
Profound knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management and Other HCM modules.
Testing custom developed roles by creating functional testing scenarios.
Respond to operational support incidents (trouble tickets)
Understand and practice segregation of duties controls
Stay current on system changes affecting security
Analyze impact of quarterly updates and develop test plans
Document and report on user access, segregation of duties, role configuration, procedures and processes

Work Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
6+ years of Oracle HCM Application Security Fundamentals
4+ Cloud Security Planning, Application Security
Must have minimum of 1-3 full life cycle implementations of HCM.
Bachelor’s Degree
Ideally has had experience managing others including other security personnel.
Certifications in any modules within Oracle HCM Cloud
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work remotely and independently
Natural and supportive team leader
Experience working within insurance, banking, or other financial services is a plus.
Experience working on a mix of classic and agile delivery methodologies.
Experience in cloud solution design and implementation of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS and hybrid models. Oracle, Azure or AWS clouds.
Understanding of fundamental design principles for security and scalability.
Experience with continuous delivery and DevSecOps frameworks
