Operational support working closely with TP/G4 Front Office Buyers. Always working within Procurement Guidelines procedures to ensure the best competitive options for the company.

Indispensable Requirements:

- Preferred experience/knowledge of automotive industry with preference in Purchasing area.
- Interpretation/ understanding of technical drawings/specs.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Access, etc),
- Experience working with international teams and cross-functional teams is preferred.

- Planning and organization

Academic Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in supply and Logistics Management or Business Administration; OR an associate’s degree with 1 year of related experience; Minimum one (1) year experience is preferred, with purchasing processes.

Main Functions:

- Support buyers with Requisitions, RfQs, Quote comparisons, contract creation for new parts, ANP or Raw Material updates, documentation in relevant systems and ad hoc requests
- Create standard and ad hoc reports and presentations
- Support of internal and external customers, correspondence, deadline tracking and monitoring for the procurement department.
- Support identification and realization of continuous improvement measures
- Support on supplier code creation and Supplier Portal registration.
