**Description**:
El puesto de Customs Specialist implica proporcionar orientación en materia de aduanas y comercio internacional, cumplir con las normas de importación y exportación, aranceles, clasificación e interpretación de directrices reglamentarias1. También colabora con el área de gestión de productos y el servicio de atención al cliente para resolver problemas en la cadena de suministro, autorizando envíos entrantes y salientes mediante los programas o sistemas apropiados

**Responsibilities**:
Ensures legal compliance and provides import/export administration and control within government rules and regulations, including appropriate licensing for shipments. Reviews contracts for required clauses and identifies omissions. Interfaces with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, freight forwarders, customs officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment. Selects carrier/forwarder for shipment of products and prepares documents for freight forwarders. See also, Transportation focus if responsible for domestic traffic activity.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Follow up of internal procedures to validate status on materials currently at Mexico, that need to be exported and decision making based on the information found.
- Administration of digital and physical foreign trade files
- Create import invoices on A24 systems for CAPEX operation and coordinates the import process.
- Support coordinating general administration activities related to foreign trade operation.
- Provide support to the administrator of Annex 24, to identify information that need to be modified.
- Provides support to special projects such as reconstruction of balances.
