**About the Role**:
The Sr. ISC Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operations within the Inventory Supply Chain (ISC) for a wholesale trade organization. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, warehousing, distribution, and logistics to meet customer demand efficiently and cost-effectively. The role requires strategic planning and execution to improve operational workflows, reduce lead times, and enhance inventory accuracy. The manager will lead cross-functional teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives that align with business objectives. Ultimately, this role drives operational excellence to support the company’s growth and maintain competitive advantage in the wholesale market.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain or operations management within the wholesale trade industry.
- Proven experience managing inventory control, distribution, and logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Certification such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma.
- Experience with advanced data analytics and supply chain optimization tools.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and global supply chain management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage daily ISC operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process enhancements.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure reliable supply and cost-effective procurement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all ISC operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
