As the Paid Social Specialist you will own the following responsibilities:- Account Ownership: Accountability and ownership of multiple paid social client relationships with limited supervision. Responsible for end-to-end program strategy, execution, and reporting.- Media Strategy: Own paid social strategy (full-funnel, which platforms to use when, attribution, measurement, creative, etc) in collaboration with the rest of the team- Task Prioritization and Performance Tracking: Effectively prioritizes efforts to focus on delivering on the most important things. Tracks and reports on campaign results, and data analysis and participate in or lead weekly client calls.- Industry Expertise: Proactively educates oneself on industry findings and effectively mentors junior team members via training and delegation.

Professional Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns on Meta and TikTok.- Confidence in media planning across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and Pinterest- Preferred: familiarity with LinkedIn and X- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting campaign data and deriving actionable insights to improve performance.- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders.- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in social media platforms and algorithms.- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides, and Google Sheets.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and spreadsheet software.
