**About the role**

Supervises the execution of Quality Assurance objectives. May lead a team of Quality Assurance entry level professional employees. Sets day-to-day objectives for the achievement of immediate Quality Assurance goals within area of responsibility.

Ensure that production processes meet the requirements and specifications in accordance with quality standards.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Ensure external customer requirements are met.
- Ensure the introduction of new products.
- Provide acceptance criteria for internal processes.
- Supervises execution of plans, guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure the achievement of quality targets.
- Supervises elements of organization projects or processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.
- Supervises quality improvement processes to ensure ongoing reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes.
- Supervises the collection and analysis of quality information for use in the development of quality strategy and programs.
- Reviews production processes, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvement.

**Minimum **Requirements**
- Engineering Degree: IME, IMA, IQ, IIA.
- Experience in Quality Roles: 2 years.
- Experience in the Metalworking Industry: 2 years.
- Core Tools (MSA, SPC, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP).
- RRCA (Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving).
- Basic Statistics (Control Charts, Histograms).
- Use of measurement instruments (micrometers, microscopes, universal testing machines).
- Lean Manufacturing.
- ISO 9001.
- Personnel Management.
- Advanced English.
